The payments have now been processed in ET1 and ES1 to ensure customers no longer appear as being in arrears.

Due to technical issues on batch, it is not possible to post payments until next week. This means that customers in the test environments will appear as overdue.
As a temporary workaround, Support can remove the overdue status for customers in the test environment on request. Please create a case in the Support Portal including the customer number and the environment (ET1 or ES1).
We are working on resolving the technical issues. Currently we believe the issue can be resolved mid next week.
