Failing smoketest

Impact

Not able to create risk assessments

Root cause

A scheduled delta load on datawarehouse made a database unavailable for the risk assessment service.

Resolution

Due to priority of the criticality of the deltaload it could not be suspended or postponed.
A switch to a second suitable database was done as a workaround.

Actions

Awareness about the consequences of starting the deltaload during business hours has been raised towards the datawarehouse team.
