Symptom
Alerts on monitoring and reports of the archive failing in several environments, including ES1.
Impact
Not able to fetch, generate or archive documents. This impacted internal QA, internal and external testing.
Root cause
An unexpected event where BEC had closed the connection to the FETA-W archive.
This was done in order to do preparation of data load for test efforts in relation to the Nykredit/Sparnord PI merge.
Resolution
The archive used in ES1 environment was changed to another and functionality was restored.
